Kashaf Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Roomcraft (the "app"), made by Kashaf Labs ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Your account
You can use parts of Roomcraft without an account. If you create one, keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy a subscription.
2. Subscriptions and AI credits
- Paid plans renew automatically each month (or year, if you choose) until you cancel.
- On Android, subscriptions are bought and managed through Google Play; on desktop and web, through our checkout provider. Cancel at any time in Google Play, or for desktop and web plans from Account → Manage subscription; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from (for Google Play, Google's refund policy). Contact us if something went wrong and we'll do our best to help.
- AI credits reset each month and don't roll over. We may change plans or prices for future periods, and we'll tell you before a price change affects you.
3. Your content
Your designs, scans and photos belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the app for you (for example, saving your rooms and creating AI results). Only upload content you have the right to use.
4. AI results and measurements
AI renders and designs are illustrations to help you imagine a space. They may not exactly match real products, colours, sizes or how a room will look. Scans and measurements are estimates. Always check real measurements, product details and building requirements before buying, building or renovating. Roomcraft is not a substitute for professional architectural, structural, electrical or safety advice.
5. Using AR safely
When using the camera or augmented reality, stay aware of your surroundings, and don't use the app while driving or anywhere it could be unsafe.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break or overload the service, get around plan limits, reverse-engineer it, use it for anything illegal, or create content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes others' rights.
7. Third-party content
Some 3D models and textures come from third-party libraries under their own licences. Product names and links in shopping lists are for reference; we're not responsible for third-party stores or products.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Roomcraft running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of anything important.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, Kashaf Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, except where the law of your country gives you protections that can't be overridden.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Roomcraft means you accept the updated terms.
