Kashaf Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Roomcraft (the "app") collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Roomcraft is made by Kashaf Labs ("we", "us"). Questions? Email [email protected].
The short version
- You can design rooms without an account; that work stays on your device.
- If you create an account, we store your email address and the rooms you choose to save.
- Photos and images are sent to our AI providers only when you use an AI feature, and only to produce your result.
- We don't sell your data, show ads or use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
- You can delete your account and all its data at any time.
Information we collect
Account information
If you sign in, we collect your email address so we can send you a one-time sign-in code and identify your account.
Your designs and scans
Rooms you save to your account (room shapes, furniture, colours and settings) and any 3D room scans you choose to upload are stored so you can open them on your devices. Without an account, designs are stored only on your device.
Camera, photos and AR
- Room scanning and AR: camera and depth data are processed on your phone (using Google Play Services for AR). Only the finished 3D model leaves your device, and only if you save the room to your account.
- AI features: when you use "Render photo", "Photos to room", "Describe your room" or design ideas, the images or descriptions you send are passed to an AI provider to create the result. We don't keep these inputs after the request is complete, apart from results you choose to save.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Google Play or, on desktop and web, by Stripe through RevenueCat. We never see your full card details. We receive your subscription status (for example, which plan is active and when it renews) so we can unlock your plan.
Usage needed to run the service
We record how many AI credits your account uses each month so we can apply your plan's limits, and our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and error messages) for security and troubleshooting.
Share links
When you share a view-only link, the room design is packed into the link itself; we don't store it on our servers. Anyone with the link can view that design.
How we use information
- To provide the app's features: sign-in, saving and syncing rooms, AI results and subscriptions.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To answer your support requests.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't use your designs, photos or scans to train AI models, and we don't sell or rent personal information.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Roomcraft. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:

Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account data until you delete it. You can delete a single saved room in the app, or delete your entire account and all its data from Account → Delete account. You can also ask us by email; see how to delete your account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel that in Google Play.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls so that only you can read your rooms. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Roomcraft is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
International users
We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
